Mề gà được chà xát với rượu, giấm và muối hột, sau đó rửa sạch vài lần cho khử mùi nhé! Sau đó thái mề gà thành những lát mỏng, ướp cùng với 20ml rượu nấu ăn trong khoảng 10 phút.
Tiếp đến xiên 5 lát mề gà vào một xiên que, làm tương tự cho hết nguyên liệu. Lò nướng không cần phải được làm nóng trước, đặt khay mề gà ở lớp giữa, nướng ở 200 độ C trong 5 phút.
Sau đó lấy khay mề gà ra khỏi lò, chải lên trên dầu ăn, nước sốt thịt nướng và mật ong, nướng tiếp trong lò trong 5 phút. Cuối cùng, chải bột ớt, bột thì là, rắc hạt mè trắng lên trên các xiên mề gà và nướng trong lò trong 3 phút.
